On August 28th, 2017 U.S. Air Forces Central Command Instruction 36-2903 authorized multicam ball caps as being an optional uniform item. It also stated that they may be directed for wear by lower level commanders. This MADE IN USA cap meets all of the requirements listed in Instruction 36-2903.
